Dissertation Data Analysis provides professional research support services relating to data preparation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, statistical analysis, interpretation, results presentation, and related research requirements.

Depending on the service requested, our work may involve SPSS, R, Stata, Excel, NVivo, MAXQDA, statistical modelling, qualitative analysis, mixed-methods analysis, data interpretation, tables, figures, or research-ready reporting.

The precise scope of each engagement is determined by the service requested, the information supplied by the client, the quotation or project confirmation, and any subsequent written agreement between the parties.

We reserve the right to decline work that falls outside our capabilities, cannot reasonably be completed from the information provided, or raises significant ethical, legal, methodological, or academic-integrity concerns.

Initial enquiries and requests for quotations do not automatically create a contractual obligation to undertake a project.

A quotation may be prepared after reviewing the information available about your research, dataset, methodology, requested analyses, deliverables, and deadline.

Quoted pricing reflects the scope understood at the time of assessment. If material information is subsequently disclosed or the project requirements change, the quotation may need to be revised.

An engagement is considered confirmed when the applicable quotation or service arrangement has been accepted and the required payment or other agreed confirmation has been received.

Project timelines begin when the necessary information, files, instructions, and required payment or confirmation have been received, unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and sufficiently clear information required for the requested service.

Depending on the project, this may include research questions, hypotheses, objectives, methodology information, questionnaires, codebooks, variable definitions, datasets, sampling information, institutional requirements, previous analysis, and relevant deadlines.

You are responsible for reviewing the information you provide and ensuring that it is suitable for the requested analysis.

You must also ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions, ethical approvals, consent, or other lawful basis required to provide any research materials or personal information to us.

Delays or analytical limitations resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, corrupted, or late information may affect the project timeline, scope, or outcome.

Research materials may include datasets, spreadsheets, statistical files, questionnaires, survey instruments, interview materials, dissertation chapters, thesis documents, research proposals, methodology documents, statistical output, and related project information.

We use materials supplied by clients to understand and perform the agreed work. Clients should provide only information reasonably necessary for the service.

Where a dataset contains information relating to research participants or other individuals, the client is responsible for ensuring that its collection, use, transfer, and disclosure comply with applicable requirements.

We may request clarification where a dataset, research instrument, methodology, variable structure, or other material is insufficient to conduct the requested analysis responsibly.

Analytical work is performed according to the agreed scope and the information available at the time the analysis is conducted.

Appropriate analytical methods may depend on the research questions, study design, measurement structure, data characteristics, assumptions, sample, and methodological requirements of the project.

Deliverables may include cleaned or structured datasets, statistical output, analytical tables, figures, interpretation, methodological explanations, results summaries, or other materials specified in the agreed scope.

Analytical findings are dependent on the quality and characteristics of the underlying data. No statistical method can compensate for fundamental limitations in study design, sampling, measurement, missing information, or data quality.

Where revisions are included within the agreed service, they are intended to address reasonable corrections or adjustments arising from the original project requirements.

A request may constitute additional work where it introduces new research questions, new analyses, a substantially different methodology, a new dataset, additional deliverables, or changes to previously approved work.

Where a requested change materially increases the work required, we may provide a revised quotation and timeline before proceeding.

Clients should communicate revision requests as clearly and promptly as possible to help maintain project continuity.

Our services are designed to provide professional research and analytical support. They are not intended to encourage academic misconduct, misrepresentation, fabrication, falsification, or unauthorized submission of another person’s work as one’s own.

Clients remain responsible for complying with the academic-integrity policies, research regulations, authorship requirements, and submission rules applicable to their institution or programme.

You are responsible for reviewing analytical results, understanding the methodology used, and appropriately incorporating delivered materials into your own research.

Payment requirements are communicated during the quotation or ordering process. Projects may require payment before work begins unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy practices, verification procedures, or transaction requirements.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the stage of the project, the amount of work already completed, and the terms applicable to the specific engagement.

Where substantial work has already been completed, a full refund may not be available. Any refund consideration may take into account work completed, resources committed, and services already delivered.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Confidentiality

We treat client information and project materials as confidential and take reasonable measures to protect them against unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, or loss.

Information may be accessed by trusted technology or service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website, communicate with clients, process payments, provide security, store information, or deliver the requested service.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain their rights in original research materials and information they provide to us.

Rights in third-party software, datasets, publications, libraries, templates, technologies, or other resources remain with their respective owners.

Website content, branding, graphics, original resources, and other materials belonging to Dissertation Data Analysis remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated.

We aim to provide careful, research-informed, and professionally prepared services based on the information supplied by the client.

However, analytical findings depend on factors that may be outside our control, including data quality, study design, sampling, measurement, missing information, research methodology, assumptions, and changes to project requirements.

We do not guarantee any particular statistical result, research conclusion, academic grade, examination outcome, publication decision, funding decision, institutional approval, or other academic or professional outcome.

Website information is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for requirements issued by your university, institution, professional body, regulator, or applicable authority.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a client, misuse of delivered materials, failure to follow applicable requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
