HOW IT WORKS

How It Works

A straightforward process for getting your dissertation, thesis, or research data analysed. Send your research materials, let us review the analytical requirements, and receive a clear scope and quotation before work begins.

Submit your research Scope is reviewed Quote is provided Analysis is completed Results are delivered
OUR PROCESS

From Project Brief to Completed Analysis

The process begins with your study rather than a predetermined statistical procedure. We review what you are researching, what data you have, what your methodology requires, and what you need delivered.

01
INITIAL REQUEST

Submit Your Research Details

Send your research questions, objectives, hypotheses, methodology, dataset, questionnaire, supervisor instructions, or any other material that explains what your project requires.

If you are not sure which analysis is appropriate, that is not a problem. You can send the information you have and we can assess the analytical requirements from there.

02
REQUIREMENT REVIEW

We Review the Scope

We examine the research design, variables, dataset, study objectives, hypotheses, methodology, and any specific instructions affecting the analysis.

This review helps establish what needs to be analysed, which methods may be relevant, what data preparation is required, and whether there are issues that need to be addressed before the main analysis.

03
SCOPE & QUOTATION

Receive Your Quote

Once the requirements are clear, we provide a quotation based on the actual analytical scope of the project.

The quotation can account for the type of analysis, dataset condition, number of research questions or hypotheses, interpretation requirements, reporting needs, software requirements, and agreed deliverables.

You can review the proposed scope before deciding whether to proceed.
04
ANALYSIS

Analysis & Interpretation

Once the project is confirmed, the agreed analytical work begins. Depending on the study, this may involve data cleaning and coding, descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, regression, ANOVA, reliability analysis, factor analysis, qualitative coding, thematic analysis, or other appropriate procedures.

The resulting output is then considered in relation to the research questions, objectives, hypotheses, and methodology rather than treated as a collection of disconnected tables.

05
DELIVERY

Results & Deliverables

Your completed deliverables are prepared according to the agreed scope. Depending on the project, this may include statistical output, cleaned data, tables, figures, interpretation, qualitative findings, analytical files, or results-reporting support.

If your project involves a dissertation or thesis, the results can be organised around the study’s research questions, hypotheses, variables, and required reporting structure.

WHAT TO SEND

What We Need to Review Your Project

You do not need to prepare a perfect brief before contacting us. Send the materials that are available, and we can identify what is relevant to the analysis.

01

Research Questions & Objectives

Your research questions, objectives, hypotheses, conceptual framework, or study aims help establish what the analysis needs to answer.

02

Dataset or Research Material

Send your SPSS, Excel, CSV, Stata, or other quantitative dataset. For qualitative research, this may include interview transcripts, focus-group material, documents, or other source material.

03

Methodology & Questionnaire

Your methodology chapter, proposal, questionnaire, codebook, interview guide, or research instrument can provide important context for the analysis.

04

Supervisor or University Instructions

If your supervisor has specified particular tests, reporting requirements, tables, variables, or revisions, include those instructions with your request.

05

Existing Analysis or Output

If analysis has already been performed, send the existing SPSS output, tables, figures, statistical results, coding framework, or previous work so the current position can be assessed.

06

Your Deadline

Tell us when the analysis or results are required so the scope and delivery schedule can be discussed before the project begins.

SCOPE REVIEW

We Determine What the Analysis Requires

A dataset by itself rarely provides enough information to determine the correct analytical approach. The same statistical procedure can be appropriate for one research question and inappropriate for another.

That is why the initial review considers the relationship between your research questions, variables, measurement, study design, hypotheses, and available data.

Where relevant, we also consider data quality, missing values, coding, assumptions, sample characteristics, and the requirements for presenting the results.

01
Research design

How the study was structured and what the analysis is intended to establish.

02
Variables & measurement

The variables involved, their measurement levels, and how they are represented in the data.

03
Analytical requirements

The statistical or qualitative procedures required to address the stated research objectives.

04
Reporting requirements

The tables, figures, interpretation, and results presentation required for the project.

DELIVERABLES

What You Receive Depends on the Agreed Scope

There is no single analysis package that fits every research project. Deliverables are agreed before the work begins so you know what is included.

01
Analysis Output

Relevant statistical or qualitative analytical output from the agreed procedures.

02
Tables & Figures

Research results organised into appropriate tables, charts, or figures where required.

03
Interpretation

Explanation of findings in relation to the research questions, objectives, and hypotheses.

04
Results Support

Additional results presentation or reporting support where included in the agreed scope.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Questions About the Process?

Do I need to know which statistical test I need?

No. Send your research questions, methodology, variables, and available data. The analytical requirements can be assessed from the study rather than requiring you to select a test first.

Can you review my project before I order?

Yes. You can submit your project details and available materials so the scope can be assessed before you decide whether to proceed.

What if my dataset needs cleaning?

Data cleaning and preparation can be included where required. The extent of this work depends on the condition and structure of the dataset.

Can you work with existing analysis?

Yes. Existing SPSS output, tables, results, coding, or previous analysis can be reviewed when you need interpretation, correction, extension, or results-reporting support.
